Rain on the interstate = I had a death grip on the steering wheel. How are the cheap Milestar's??? So far, they seem like one helluva deal for the money! ANOTHER DISCLAIMER! As tires wear they get louder. My comparison is based on worn Hankook's and not compared to brand new ones.

The Hancooks that came on my 2016 Sonata Turbo were HORRIBLE in the snow. After the first snowfall I replaced the fronts with Milestars. They were CHEAP, and excellent in all conditions, including snow. They did wear out quickly, like 15K miles!

Nice looking tire, rotated every 5K... at at 24,000 miles they were so worn out that dealer replaced them and gave me a 40% discount due to "excessive wear".

I thought the tread noise would calm down after some miles, but it hasn't. After this weekends trip I've put 1000ish miles on them and there's no change and if anything, I dislike the tread noise even more. Some surfaces = not an issue. Other surfaces = they sing!
