Where does the mobile installer go?
Home or office anywhere in the Phoenix metro: Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria and the surrounding Valley. Outside the Valley but still in Arizona? Ask Thermite in the chat before you order and we'll tell you straight whether the crew can make the drive.
What does installation cost?
Mobile install is $180 and the Phoenix shop install is $20 a tire. Both show up as options at checkout on Arizona orders, so you see the price before you pay. If you ship to your own shop, they charge their own mount and balance rate.
Can I ship to any tire shop?
Yes, any shop in the US. Just put the shop's address in the shipping address at checkout. Call them first to make sure they install customer-supplied tires and know the tires are coming in your name.
Is my install time locked in when I check out?
Not yet. A shipping estimate doesn't reserve an install slot. After you order, we reach out to confirm a time and place for mobile or Phoenix shop installs. If you're shipping to your own shop, book with them directly.
I'm running big meats. 35s, flotation, LT. Mobile OK?
Most of the time, yes. But if you're on 35s+ or oversized flotation sizes, hit up Thermite in the chat before you order so we can confirm the right rig shows up.
A tire showed up damaged. Now what?
Don't mount it. Photograph the tire, labels and packaging right away, keep everything, and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are in the shipping policy.
