Well, partly on the basis of this test (one of two I found), I bought these (31/10.5-15 - not whatever is shown, my size wasn't an option & nor was NA - fitted to a 1979 FJ 55 Landcruiser).

I have been using my AT52s on my Jeep JK for about 8000km and so far I really like them. I wanted an all-terrain tire which doesn't scare me on german highways... I drive this car on longer distances as well as off road, so I really needed something safe.

Meanwhile, the Kumhos just about match the minimal road hum, so much so that I even decided to up my pressures to 44 psi in the name of fuel economy. They still rode nicely and comfortably, but just a little stiffer.

Over all a good tyre. I live in South Australia mid north. Good grip in dry and wet. I have noted now that the Tyre has reached mid life they do develop increased road noise. However handling etc a very good tyre. I would probably buy again at the right price.

Decided to go with this tyre because of the good reviews and the good price. I decided to get them to replace cheap chinese MT tyres which were deadly in the rain, but now with the at52, the car handles great in all conditions including rain and some snow.
