Good for autocross, but not the fastest. Good grip in all conditions (Cold, Rain, Dry, etc). Long lasting tire. I corded both rears at the track, and I got bubles around the tread on both rears. I've seen some V700 like that on high

I recently purchased from Tire Rack, a set of Kumho Ecsta V700 tires, for use on track days. I also had Tire Rack heat cycle and do the recommended shaving so they would wear better.

Grip: Grip at the beginning was unbelievable. I have a BPU+ car with maybe 400whp, and it would not spin the tires at all, any gear, dead stop or roll. On stock springs and shocks, I could roll the body around hard enough in the mountains to rub the tires on the body.

Noise: The actual road noise from the tires going down the road isn't too bad, comparable to most other high-performance tires I've run. The real noise comes from every pebble and sand/dirt grain on the road, that will be slung into your wheel wells.
