I'd say that tires are balanced mostly for driving on clean city roads and subjectively not noisy. They have a good grip at dry surface, wet is also fine on average driving but they are slippy if you try to drive aggresively.

Great winter tires at a reasonable cost, run em year round without excessive wear during the warm summer days. They wear out I'll replace them with the same tire. I recommend them for Wisconsin/Michigan and Minnesota severe winter conditions.

Car felt very stable in poor weather as well on dry roads. I'd recommend these tires to anyone. Road noise was also minimal.

This is my 2nd purchase of this brand/type of tires. Can’t be beat for traction, especially in snow/ice conditions. Tread holds up well. I normally leave tires on year round. Used to buy Cooper tires, but never got good results with them. Hankook tires are the brand I will stick with.
