installed these tires on a 2011 Mitsubishi outlander, they handle snow well, ride smoothly and are very quiet compared to the tires I run on my truck. they handle well in the rain, for the price they are a great tire

They were noisy when when first driven on but that has decreased since I've put about 100 miles on them now. Unlike the Conti's when you drive over a dime you can feel it in the tire. There is also no question they grip the road much better than the Conti's.

These armstrongs are underwhelming in winter conditions below 40 degrees. I dont get the hype. They are stiff, heavy and uncomfortable when the rubber gets cold, they are probably not the loudest but i notice their noise and the traction on snow is not an improvement like i expected.

Street performance, wet and dry, is excellent. There's a tiny bit of AT tire hum, less than expected, and at a much lower frequency than my C**pers. The ride comfort is actually a little better. They did very well in sand (up to maybe 3 - 4 inches deep) with marginal steering fight.
