I know this thread is a few years old now but I didn't see any others about NeoTerra. But I've got a set of 35x12.5/17 Neomax MT that are 12ply F The ride isn't TERRIBLE but stiffer than I'd like obviously.

I got them onn last year december and took them to moab where we snow camped and hit the trails and they did surprising well. My next set will be another set of Milestar MTs. Wet traction on the street will vary.
