WHAT OWNERS SAY

I have XDN2's also, my favorite tire. However I always get those comments of "you know how much fuel those use?". I ran Xline Energy D Drives on company trucks, and they were literally death, so the X Muilti Energy D seems like the Answer.

These XDN2's are performing very well. I've put 140k miles on them so far. Rotated front to back @ 100k. No shoulder wear whatsoever. I'll rotate them again side to side at 200k From the looks of it, they should easily go 300k miles.

My company uses the Michelin XDN2 in North Idaho here and they are absolute garbage for traction. In snow and icy conditions the worst traction I’ve ever experienced. Will utilize an automatic transmission and you have to backpedal to keep from spinning the tires on wet pavement.

My experience with the wide based xdn2 over the last 700k or so has been good. I run 105 psi in them. I rotate every 100k, First time front to back, 2nd time an X pattern, then front to back. I got 365,000 out of first set. Checked my tire psi 2 times a week.
