Been using them for 2 seasons now on a Subaru wrx. Slush category - 7 Snow they drive great! In slush theres a bit of understeer but controllable in a awd car with a bit of power. Ice, I've only driven on a iced over driveway and it faired pretty well.

These tires are just marginally better than all seasons that came on my 2025 Audi Q7. I have had Bizzaks Hakkapeliitta R5 and Continental snow tires that are all better in deep snow and slush. These are a quieter tire but thats not as important as traction to me.

Damp and frosted roads were not an issue for the Michelin Pilot Alpins, as they were handled with ease. Grip under acceleration was excellent and left me wanting for nothing. When the heavier of snow did hit us, the Michelin Alpin PA4s

I have Michelin Pilot Alpin 5zp run flat snow tires on my car. They are the WORST snow and ice tires I’ve ever had. Please do better Michelin!

I would not recommend. I had a set on my Porsche and the rears lasted me only 15,300 kms, so durability is a serious issue. Will not be purchasing again. I’ve trusted Michelin for years but this is just unacceptable.
