Installed Hankook Optimo on my 1998 Ford Ranger Supercab 4wd XLT. These tires replaced TOYO Wilderness truck tires that had "aged out"-lots of tread remaining, but sidewalls were cracking. Optimo are passenger tires (like the original Firestone tires that were replaced for recall).

I run country roads and highway Roads 90% with 2 trips a year that I run 1000 miles one way non stop carrying a 1 ton payload while pulling a trailer loaded with average 1500lbs in that with my 1/2 ton Ranger that was boosted to 1 ton suspension.

I have the Hankook Optimo H724 on my 1971 Chrysler 300, have driven them maybe 7,000 miles and I think it is a real good tire.

In terms of dry traction, I have nothing bad to report about the Hankook Optimo H724. The tires were more than adequate for the size and weight of the Accent. I never felt the tires were hunting for grip as I sped aggressively on a tight and winding right-hand corner.

The Hankook Optimo H724 tires were also impressive on wet patches of road. I felt the traction went down by just a tiny bit as I drove a bit aggressively on the wet highway, but nothing too grave to give it a low score.
