WHAT OWNERS SAY

I use the Cooper set specifically for long distance/trip driving because they're better (by far) should I encounter rain. The BFG T/A's are stickier on dry pavement but notoriously treacherous in the wet, downright scary even.

Bought Cooper Cobras for the '71. They track fine, ride is good and they are reasonably quiet. I saw no reason to pay double the price for the BFGs.

I will never use cooper tires again. I bought some new cooper tires for my mustang. My first trip, 50 miles or so, two tires separated cuasing me to have to call a tow truck. $450 later I was home.

I have used several sets of Cooper Cobras and feel they are FAR superior to BFGs. For one MAJOR thing I have never had a Cooper "separate" the tread like BFGs are well known for. Next is quality.

I recommend the Cooper Cobras over the BFG's these days. Have them on the 289 FIA and my 70 GT 350 Shelby convertible.
