These Terms of Service govern your use of Thermite Tactical's website, products, services, and checkout. By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing from Thermite Tactical, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Thermite Tactical

Thermite Tactical sells automotive tires and related products through online and local sales channels. Products may be fulfilled from Thermite Tactical inventory, authorized wholesale distributors, or other approved fulfillment locations.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, inventory information, and fitment information are accurate. However, manufacturer data, distributor feeds, product revisions, catalog errors, typographical errors, and other discrepancies may occasionally occur.

Product images are generally representative and may not show the exact size, sidewall markings, tread variation, packaging, or production revision of the item purchased.

3. Tire Size and Fitment Responsibility

The customer is responsible for confirming the correct tire size, load rating, speed rating, wheel diameter, wheel width compatibility, and vehicle fitment before placing an order.

Tire size is normally printed on the sidewall of the tire currently installed on the vehicle and may also be listed on the vehicle's door-jamb placard, owner's manual, or manufacturer documentation. Customers should physically verify the tire size before purchasing whenever possible.

Entering a vehicle year, make, model, trim, tire size, VIN information, or other fitment information on our website does not guarantee compatibility. Vehicle manufacturers may offer multiple factory wheel and tire packages for the same year and model.

Vehicles with aftermarket wheels, suspension modifications, lowering springs, lift kits, spacers, wide-body conversions, brake upgrades, non-original tire sizes, staggered setups, or other modifications may require additional fitment verification.

Thermite Tactical is not responsible for incorrect fitment when:

• the customer selects or provides an incorrect tire size;
• the vehicle has been modified from its original factory configuration;
• aftermarket wheels or non-original wheel sizes are installed;
• the customer relies solely on a generic fitment tool without physically confirming the tire size;
• a vehicle was produced with multiple factory tire or wheel options;
• the customer's existing vehicle configuration differs from manufacturer specifications; or
• incorrect or incomplete vehicle information is supplied to Thermite Tactical.

4. Fitment Assistance

Thermite Tactical may provide tire-size or fitment recommendations as a convenience. Recommendations are based on the information available at the time and the information provided by the customer.

Fitment assistance does not replace verification by a qualified tire installer or inspection of the actual vehicle. Before mounting, customers should have the tire size and application confirmed by a qualified automotive or tire professional if there is any uncertainty.

5. Inspect Tires Before Mounting

Customers and installers must inspect all tires before mounting, balancing, or installation.

Confirm that the brand, model, size, quantity, load index, speed rating, and intended application are correct before installation.

A tire that has been mounted, driven on, damaged during installation, altered, or otherwise placed into service may no longer qualify for return except where required by law or covered by an applicable manufacturer's warranty.

If you believe you received the wrong tire, do not mount or install it. Contact Thermite Tactical immediately.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Thermite Tactical may cancel or decline an order due to inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, supplier availability, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the original payment method and payment provider processing timelines.

7. Pricing and Inventory

Prices and inventory may change without notice. Tire inventory is often distributed across multiple warehouses and supplier networks and can change rapidly.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, specification, or catalog errors before fulfillment.

8. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized or completed before an order is released for fulfillment unless Thermite Tactical has agreed to alternative payment terms.

Orders may be subject to fraud screening, address verification, identity verification, or manual review. Thermite Tactical reserves the right to cancel orders that present elevated fraud, chargeback, payment, or identity risk.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.

Orders may ship in multiple packages or from different fulfillment locations. Tires from the same order may arrive separately.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain approval before returning products. Products must meet the eligibility conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Incorrect tire size ordered by the customer is considered a customer-selection issue rather than a product defect. Eligible unused and unmounted tires may still be returnable under our Return and Refund Policy, subject to applicable shipping, restocking, or other disclosed charges.

11. Installation

Tires should only be installed by qualified personnel using proper equipment and procedures.

Thermite Tactical is not responsible for damage caused by improper mounting, improper balancing, incorrect inflation, incorrect torque, damaged wheels, vehicle defects, improper alignment, suspension problems, mechanical problems, or installation performed by third parties.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, installation services performed by independent shops or installers are provided by those businesses independently and are subject to their own terms and workmanship policies.

12. Tire Safety and Vehicle Use

Tires must be used within their intended load, speed, inflation, and application limits. Customers are responsible for maintaining proper inflation, alignment, rotation, vehicle condition, and tire inspection.

Performance, competition, track, drag racing, off-road, or specialty tires may have different operating characteristics, tread life, wet-weather performance, temperature limitations, or intended-use restrictions. Customers are responsible for understanding the intended application of specialty products before use.

13. Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may include warranties provided by the manufacturer. Warranty terms, mileage warranties, road-hazard programs, and eligibility requirements vary by manufacturer and product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's inspection, documentation, eligibility, and claim procedures.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thermite Tactical will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, a product purchase, shipping delay, incorrect customer-provided fitment information, third-party installation, or use of a product outside its intended specifications.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website for fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment activity, resale involving unlawful conduct, attempts to interfere with website security, or any activity that violates applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

Content on this website, including branding, graphics, text, layout, product presentation, and original media, may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

Thermite Tactical may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of purchase will generally govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's consumer protection laws must apply.
