Thermite Tactical Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled
• Original packaging required
• Proof of purchase required

Tire-specific

Tires are considered used and not eligible for return if they are mounted, driven on, show tread wear, have bead damage or mounting marks, contain sealant, or show any signs of use.

Wheel-specific

Wheels must show no mounting marks, scratches/scuffs, lug-seat wear, or signs of installation/test fitting.

Supplier-dependent returns

Returns are subject to the policies of the originating supplier and may not always be possible. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions specific to your order.

Non-returnable items

• Mounted/installed/used tires, wheels, or auto parts
• Clearance / final sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or special-order items
• Drop-shipped items where supplier does not allow returns

How to request a return

Email thermitetactical@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), reason for return, and photos (required for damage/wrong item claims).

Returns must be approved before shipping. Unapproved returns will be refused.

Return shipping & fees

• Customer pays return shipping for incorrect size, changed mind, or no longer needed items
• Restocking fees may apply depending on supplier

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Timing varies by bank/payment provider.
