Thermite Tactical Tires

At Thermite Tactical Tires, we stand behind the products we sell and the service we provide. Our goal is to make buying tires online simple, transparent, and stress-free while clearly explaining how warranties work in the tire industry.

This page explains what is covered, what is not, and how to get help if an issue comes up.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

All new tires sold by Thermite Tactical Tires are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, not a private in-house warranty.

This is standard across the tire industry and ensures you receive coverage directly from the brand that engineered and produced the tire.

Manufacturer warranties may include:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Uniformity issues

  • Treadwear warranties where applicable

  • Limited mileage warranties depending on brand and model

Warranty terms, coverage length, and eligibility vary by manufacturer and tire model. Thermite Tactical Tires does not alter, extend, or override manufacturer warranties.

Road Hazard Protection

Some products may include road hazard protection if explicitly listed on the product page or invoice.

Road hazard protection typically covers damage caused by:

  • Nails

  • Screws

  • Glass

  • Road debris

Road hazard coverage does not apply to:

  • Sidewall damage

  • Curb impact

  • Improper installation

  • Racing or off-road abuse unless specifically stated

If road hazard protection is included, coverage details and claim instructions will be provided at the time of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

To protect both our customers and our business, the following are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper mounting or balancing

  • Incorrect tire size selection

  • Vehicle fitment issues

  • Damage from accidents, racing, drifting, burnouts, or track use

  • Improper inflation or alignment

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance or safety

  • Tires that have been installed or driven on unless approved by the manufacturer

Once a tire has been mounted or used, it cannot be returned unless a valid manufacturer warranty claim is approved.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of tire distribution and safety standards:

  • Uninstalled, unused tires may be eligible for return within the return window listed on our Returns Policy page

  • Installed or used tires are not eligible for return

  • Return eligibility is subject to distributor approval and restocking fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Thermite Tactical Tires or the distributor.

How Warranty Claims Work

If you believe your tire qualifies for warranty coverage:

  1. Contact Thermite Tactical Tires with your order number

  2. Provide clear photos of the tire and the issue

  3. Include vehicle information and mileage if requested

  4. We will coordinate with the manufacturer or distributor on your behalf

Final warranty approval is determined by the tire manufacturer or authorized inspection center.

We act as your advocate in the process, but we cannot guarantee claim approval.

Our Commitment to You

While warranties are handled at the manufacturer level, Thermite Tactical Tires is committed to:

  • Clear communication

  • Fast responses

  • Honest guidance on next steps

  • Helping you get the best possible outcome

We work only with reputable distributors and manufacturers and do not sell counterfeit, retreaded, or misrepresented products.
